Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stage lighting oversight across all campuses
- Responsible for maintenance and inventory of lighting equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and management of lighting systems across campuses, including updating hardware, software, and equipment firmware
- Perform regular cleaning and maintaining fixtures and equipment
- Hang and remove damaged lighting fixtures so they can be repaired
- Responsible for execution of services, special events, and conferences
- Train & develop Dream Teamers
- Stage Design & LED Wall
- Oversee planning for all campus’s creative new stage designs, video wall configurations, and lighting designs through digital design systems (Sketch-up or other software).
- Other Duties as requested
Job Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of production systems, including but not limited to:
- Hog lighting systems/consoles and general production lighting systems and setup, LED Screen/Video Wall systems and Resolume software/media servers, ProPresenter software
- Computer proficiency: Apple platform, Google Workspace, Slack, Task Management tools
- Strong team leadership and people skills
- Strong communication skills through both verbal and written means, which can be utilized to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to self-start and problem-solve issues in a calm and calculated manner
