Video Production Manager

Peachtree Church in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Video Production Manager to lead our live production and video storytelling efforts. This role oversees all AVL (audio, video, lighting) production for Sunday worship, concerts, and church-wide events. The ideal candidate will have strong live production skills and creative video production expertise, guiding projects from concept through post-production. Responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating production logistics, and maintaining gear and digital assets. A deep understanding of cinematography, lighting, editing, and storytelling is essential. The manager must be organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping others engage with the church’s mission. Experience with large venue productions and strong leadership skills are highly valued. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 3–5 years in live and video production.
