The Worship Pastor position for our church is a deeply spiritual role. It requires someone ready to lead a Christ-centered worship ministry that inspires the congregation to live lives of genuine, daily worship. We are looking for a leader who can plan and lead worship services that prioritize heartfelt congregational engagement over performance. In this role, this person will shepherd and equip a unified team of musicians and volunteers, fostering both musical excellence and spiritual growth. In close partnership with the Senior Pastor, he will ensure that all aspects of worship align with the church’s biblical mission and message. Responsibilities include overseeing technical elements, coordinating special services, and stewarding worship resources with care and integrity. A deep walk with Christ, strong musical and leadership abilities, and a heart for discipleship are essential. The ideal candidate will lead with humility, serve with joy, and point others toward a lifestyle of worship that honors God in every aspect of life.
