Do you enjoy being creative and pouring in to others to help teach new skills? If you want to join us in unleashing the full force of the church to love people one at a time; then perhaps you are the person God is calling to join Southeast Christian Church in the Production Director role at our Elizabethtown Campus. The campus Production Director (PD) will, first and foremost, advance the kingdom of God through the mission of their local campus. The PD will be responsible for directing all technical aspects of the campus pertaining to audio, video, lighting, and stage design, as well as the leadership and development of volunteer teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with campus staff
- Oversee and provide direction for all aspects of weekend programming and special events at the campus.
- Recruit, equip, schedule, encourage and disciple the volunteer production team.
- Equip and train other staff, or volunteers, in the operation of all spaces outside of the worship center on campus.
- Oversee and maintain all production equipment on campus.
- Create and implement long-term equipment upgrade plans as well as preventative maintenance.
- Manage budgeting, spending and capital expenditures of ET campus.
- Support Production Arts at other campuses as needed.

- Humility and ability to take charge and lead a team as well as be an invaluable team member to your campus team.
- Have a heart to disciple and grow others
- Have a very strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting and staging.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and events at once, and not lose focus.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems and various office and production software.
Our Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in leadership roles in either a medium or large church environment.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one

- Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
