The Graphic Designer and Social Media Strategist of the Communications Department will be responsible for designing, developing, and producing graphics and promotional materials for the various ministries of Grand Rapids First. They will also develop and implement an engaging social media plan that reflects our culture.
Qualifications and Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Video programs are encouraged for social media content creation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Design promotional materials for events, services, and social platforms
- Create and execute a cohesive social media content strategy
- Photography skills: Photograph events for promotional and archival use
- Stay updated on design trends and tools with the Lead Designer
