Communications Coordinator

We’re a team of storytellers, and we believe the gospel is the greatest story ever told. At Bell Shoals Church, our mission is to share that story with as many people as possible, and we’re looking for someone to help us do just that. We’re hiring a full time Communications Coordinator to support our Creative and Communications team. This strategic, hands-on role works directly with the Communications Director and focuses on church and school-wide communications. From digital signage and website updates to internal messaging, email communications, and light design work, this role helps ensure clear and consistent messaging across all platforms.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a heart for ministry and a passion for serving others
Brings strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
Is collaborative, organized, and solutions focused
Can manage multiple projects and support both church and academy initiatives

Our team includes a Creative Strategy Pastor, Communications Director, Content Director, Designers, and Content Creators. We work together to support ministry efforts, maintain brand quality, and share the hope of the gospel in everything we create. This is a full time role with benefits, including healthcare, retirement matching, and paid time off. A part time option may be considered for the right candidate.
