The Macon Campus Worship Pastor is to provide oversight and direction for the worship ministry at the Macon Campus by nurturing the unique gifts of vocalists, musicians, and worship leaders. Taking the vision of the Worship Arts Pastor and the worship ministry of Rock Springs Church and leading the team in that vision. The Campus Worship Pastor is also responsible for supporting a culture that attracts musicians, creates transformative environments, and produces passionate followers of Jesus Christ through the medium of music and the creative arts.
