At County Line Church of God, we are a multi-site church of over 2,000 attenders. We are seeking an indivudual who is dedicated to creating an inviting and dynamic environment for worship and connection. Part of our mission is to share the love of Christ through vibrant worship services, meaningful teaching, and community outreach. We seek a skilled and passionate Front of House Engineer to help elevate the audio experience during our worship services, events, and special gatherings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Operate and manage the Front of House (FOH) audio system during weekly worship services, events, and special services.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio equipment, including microphones, mixing consoles, and speaker systems.
Collaborate with the Worship Team, Pastors, and other ministry leaders to ensure smooth integration of audio elements for service.
Mix live sound for vocals, music, and spoken word, adjusting levels for optimal clarity and engagement.
Serve as a producer to ensure that technical elements are well executed.
Ensure a high-quality sound experience that supports the worship atmosphere and helps foster spiritual connection.
Oversee the setup and teardown equipment, ensuring everything is stored correctly and maintained.
Provide technical support to volunteers and staff, helping train and equip others as needed.
