Worship Minister - Niceville/Central Crosspoint Church Niceville, Florida Full-time

Purpose: To champion the vision of connecting people to Christ through contemporary worship by creating inspiring, Christ-centered environments where people encounter God, discover their creative gifts, and are transformed by worship. This leader equips teams, develops artists, and shapes worship experiences that make Jesus known in new and fresh ways. PRIMARY DUTIES: Niceville - Champion and lead contemporary worship in the Community Life Center, creating engaging worship experiences that point people to Christ. - Shepherd and lead the Creative Staff Team at the Niceville Campus (Including but not limited to: Worship Ministers, Creative Arts Director, Production Director, contractors, and administrative assistant), fostering creativity, collaboration, and spiritual health. - Plan and execute contemporary weekend services by brainstorming creative elements, integrating music, media, and worship flow to inspire participation - Coordinate with the Traditional Worship Minister for campus-wide unity. - Recruit, train, and disciple worship leaders and musicians, ensuring a thriving pipeline of talent and spiritual leadership. - Establish and oversee band rotations, worship flows, and student auditions through Planning Center processes that are clear and inviting. - Own and create MultiTracks Playback sets, raising the standard of musical excellence for CLC worship gatherings. - Develop and steward the annual Creative Ministry budget, ensuring resources are aligned with vision and strategy. - Cast vision and lead mid-week team meetings (Pre-Production and Run-Throughs), ensuring alignment, preparation, and spiritual encouragement. - Collaborate across ministries to support events with worship and creative elements as needed. - Fuel innovation by keeping worship services fresh, imaginative, and engaging—embracing creativity as an act of worship that helps people discover Christ in new ways Central - Shape and steward the creative DNA of Crosspoint by planning all contemporary worship services centrally in Planning Center and proposing visual and creative elements for use church-wide. - Serve as a consultant and encourager to other campuses, ensuring unity, support, and excellence across all worship environments in alignment with our Creative Core Document and Playbook. - Build relationships and collaborate with campus Worship Leaders and creative staff through leading monthly gatherings. - Serve as a dedicated team member, assisting with other items as needed by the Central Crosspoint team. - Uphold the Staff Covenant/Staff Values. Skills desired: - Dedicated Follower of Jesus. - 3+ years of worship leading experience. - An experienced musician and singer. - Strong leadership and relational skills. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to recruit, train and empower volunteers. - Budgeting and organizational skills. - Ability to work as a team and always portray the church, staff, and ministry in the most positive light in the church as well as in the community.
