The Worship Production Director gives leadership to all the technical elements necessary to produce live and online worship services and ministry events. This includes recruiting, developing, planning, and supervising worship services as well as giving oversight to campus audio, video, lighting, stage design, editing and multi-media needs of the church in The Cross Church’s high-performance culture and mission to spread God’s fame by making disciples of all people. The Worship Production Director reports to the Creative Arts Pastor.
