The Production Manager leads the CL Media team, ensuring excellence in live production, digital media, and branding for the Sunday Experience and other CL events. This role is responsible for vision, strategy, and execution in all areas of media production, helping to create engaging worship experiences that connect people to God. Key responsibilities include overseeing media team meetings, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture aligned with CL’s mission and values. The Production Manager collaborates with the Technical Director on service production and creative content development. They also manage branding, social media, print graphics, and website updates, ensuring consistency across all platforms. In addition, this role recruits, trains, and approves volunteer leaders, providing mentorship and development for the team. The Production Manager participates in weekly meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and event planning, working cross-functionally with other departments. They also oversee video production, including teasers, promos, and social media content, to enhance engagement and storytelling. Ultimately, this role is about using media and production to create powerful worship experiences, expand CL’s digital presence, and support the church’s mission through creative visual storytelling.
