Charter Oak Church is seeking a passionate leader to craft dynamic, Spirit-led worship experiences that draw people into God’s presence. As the Director of Worship, you will lead and equip teams of musicians, vocalists, and tech volunteers to create authentic and engaging Sunday services. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with worship leaders across our four campuses to plan church-wide worship nights and community outreach events. And on Sunday nights, this position mentors and leads the Student Ministry worship team, investing in the next generation of worshipers. At Charter Oak Church, we are an authentic community in the heart of Westmoreland County in Western Pennsylvania. Originally founded as a door-to-door ministry in 1961, our church has since grown to four campuses of over 1,000 attendees of all ages gathering to worship and grow in faith together. We believe in creating a space where individuals can experience God’s presence through worship, teaching rooted in scripture, meaningful outreach in our local community, missional serving opportunities world-wide, and a commitment to relationships that transcends all backgrounds.
