We’re looking for a passionate, skilled leader to help shape the sound and culture of worship at Saddleback Church. This role isn’t just about music; it’s about developing people, raising up musicians, and creating environments where worship comes to life.

You’ll have the opportunity to equip and mentor band members, helping them grow in confidence, skill, and spiritual impact. You’ll produce and arrange music that inspires our church, whether it’s for weekend services, creative projects, or global Saddleback Worship content.

With tools like Ableton, Playback, and Logic, you’ll craft arrangements that elevate our worship experience and unite our teams. As a key part of the Lake Forest Worship team, you’ll help lead the way in building a musical culture that is creative, excellent, and accessible for everyone.

Your expertise, especially as a drummer and music director, will help shape both the sound and the heart behind what we do. You’ll also oversee our equipment and tech, making sure our teams are set up for success every weekend.
