We’re a non-denominational, multi-site church in the Chicago suburbs with over 5,000 in weekly attendance and a growing impact across The 10, our local ten-town region. Position Summary:

The Worship Director will champion a culture of worship that is Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and creatively excellent. This role leads the way in creating engaging Sunday gatherings, develops worship leaders across all campuses, and shapes an environment where people of all ages encounter Jesus through music and creative expression.
