The Production Director at Grace Church Melbourne works alongside the Creative Arts Pastor to lead all aspects of production, including audio, video, lighting, media, and broadcasting, to create excellent and distraction-free worship experiences.

This role involves recruiting, training, and empowering volunteer teams, maintaining production equipment, and implementing new technologies.

The Director collaborates with staff for creative planning, manages scheduling through Planning Center Online, and ensures services align with the church’s vision and values.

Responsibilities include overseeing stage design, video broadcasting, FOH audio, and photography.

The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus, adaptable, self-motivated, and dedicated to continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

The role also requires adherence to church values, tithing, and a personal commitment to spiritual growth and church unity.
