The purpose of this position is to lead teams of volunteers that connect others to Jesus and the mission of City Church through music and worship.
You are:
- A committed follower of Jesus with a deep desire to see a move of God in a community.
- Talented and have strong musical experience with keys, guitar, or other instruments
- Organized and efficient especially with time management
- A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
- Experienced and educated in tracks and audio software.
- A learner who is seeking growth and development.
- A hard worker that is committed to excellence.
- A strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
In your position, you will:
- Lead teams that carry out the mission of City Church audio and visual expression.
- Set the level of excellence that embodies stewardship and our mission through worship arts.
- Be responsible for planning, organizing, and spiritually leading multiple worship experiences on weekends and offering leadership and support for Student gatherings .
- Recruiting, training, and building a worship team.
- Provide needed equipment, software, and resources for worship team(s)
- Planning and organizing worship experiences to meet weekly time requirements
- Be a model for those who attend City Church by being an example of personal integrity, discipleship, and evangelism.
