Job Overview
We are seeking a Worship Director to lead our worship and creative ministries. This role combines spiritual leadership with artistic direction to create worship experiences that are authentic, Spirit-led, and engaging across generations. While schedule flexibility is available, full-time in-person presence is required for collaboration and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and lead dynamic worship services
- Oversee worship team scheduling, training, and development
- Promote a Spirit-filled, multigenerational worship culture
- Manage creative content for services and church-wide events
- Champion church branding, communications, and digital presence
- Collaborate with volunteers and contractors to execute creative projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading worship in a similar church setting
- Skilled vocalist or instrumentalist (guitar, piano, etc.)
- Able to read music and lead a team confidently
- Broad knowledge of worship music across styles and generations
- Experience in graphic design or content creation is a plus
