Local City Church is seeking a passionate and organized Worship/Creative Director to lead and develop our worship and creative ministries. This full-time role is key to creating excellent, Spirit-led Sunday experiences and cultivating a life-giving team culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Worship & Creative Leadership Plan and lead worship for Sunday gatherings at Local City Church. Oversee and coordinate experience team, including audio, visual, and livestream components. Build weekly Mulitracks and Playback sessions weekly to support the worship experience. Select and arrange songs, in alignment with the vision of Local City. Team Development & Culture Discover, recruit, and develop worship leaders, musicians, and production volunteers. Create a healthy, growing team culture through regular connection, care, and community-building. Provide spiritual and technical training for team members. Administrative & Creative Duties Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and other staff to shape engaging Sunday services. Schedule worship and production team members weekly thru Planning Center. Maintain gear and oversee the setup and teardown process when necessary. Communication + Creative Organizing effective communication churchwidje thru emails and app updates. Maintaining quality and message control over Local City website and social media. Overseeing creative elements of Local City thru each season of ministry.
