We are seeking a Technical Arts Director to oversee all technical and creative production elements during our worship services and events. This role combines technical expertise with creative vision to ensure seamless sound, lighting, and visual experiences that align with the heart and message of each service. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and creatively inspired, with a passion for ministry and excellence in worship presentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of audio, lighting, and visual production for weekly services and special events. Recruit, train, and schedule volunteer technical team members. Collaborate with pastors, worship leaders, and media teams to enhance the worship atmosphere. Maintain and troubleshoot technical equipment to ensure reliability and high-quality output. Implement creative ideas that elevate the worship experience through technology and design. Manage budgets and resources for technical arts operations.
