About the Residency:

The Plum Creek Residency is for young adults who feel called to ministry and want hands-on experience in a large-church setting. As a Production Resident, you’ll learn how to run audio, video, and lighting for live services and events, all while growing in your leadership and faith. This is a great opportunity if you love the Church, want to learn production, and are ready to serve—even if you don’t have a lot of experience. You’ll get real training, work with a great team, and be part of a strong community that cares about your spiritual and personal development.

What You’ll Do:

Help run tech for weekend services and events (audio, video, lighting)
Support other ministry teams with their tech needs
Learn how to prepare, plan, and troubleshoot live production
Help train and encourage volunteers
Join in team meetings, planning sessions, and spiritual development

What We’re Looking For:

A heart for ministry and the local church
Willingness to learn and grow (no experience needed)
Organized, dependable, teachable, and a self-starter
A team player with a good attitude
Bonus if you have any experience in production, music, or tech—but not required!
