Production Director VICTORY: A Church Of His Presence Sarasota, Florida Full-time
The Production Director is responsible for overseeing all technical and creative production for Victory’s worship services, livestreams, media content and marketing initiatives. This role leads audio, video, lighting, livestream broadcasting and audio, podcast production and creative design while developing volunteer teams and ensuring excellence across every platform. The Production Director manages weekend services, weekday production preparation, livestream direction, podcast production, creative media and marketing support. This position requires strong technical expertise with all ministry equipment, leadership and team building ability, creative vision and a servant-hearted approach to ministry. This role reports to church leadership and collaborates closely with the Lead Pastor, Worship Director, Front of House Audio Director, media team, marketing/creative team and volunteers to advance Victory’s mission through high-quality production and communication.
