Production Director Remote: Rolling Hills Community Church Tualatin, Oregon | $60,000 — $90,000 Full-time
The Production Director leads all audio, video, and lighting production across Rolling Hills Church, bringing the creative vision for our Sunday Gatherings to life through technical excellence and innovative problem solving. You'll manage, upgrade, and creatively deploy AVL equipment in our 2500-seat Worship Center, helping us stay state-of-the-art while partnering closely with the Lead Worship Pastor to craft compelling worship experiences. We're looking for someone who's not only technically skilled but also fun to work with and brings fresh creative solutions to the table. From weekly services to tours, conferences, and community events, you'll shape how our church connects with God and one another through immersive, well-executed production while overseeing AVL systems across our entire campus. This role includes supervising the Production Technician and collaborating with the Event and Facilities Manager to deliver seamless technical support for everything we do.
