Church Alive is seeking a skilled and visionary Production Director to lead our live production across both locations. This role ensures the excellent execution of any live service experience here at Church Alive.

The primary role of the Production Director is to run the technical operations & structure of the production department under the direct oversight of the Creative & Worship Pastor. This includes but is not limited to audio, lighting, media, and broadcast. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical skill, team leadership, and an eye for detail.

Tasks and projects are not limited to what is listed in the Job Description. Church Alive staff come together as one team to accomplish the overall mission of the House with a relentless grit to do whatever it takes to pack out the Kingdom of God.
