Production Director

The Hills Church in Evansville, IN is hiring a full-time Production Director to help us Win, Train, and Send people for Jesus through excellent, distraction-free worship environments. This role leads all technical production for Sunday services, Thursday night services, and YTH nights, including audio, lighting, video, livestream, and in-room experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dante, experienced with Allen & Heath audio consoles, High End Systems lighting (Hog platform preferred), and ProPresenter, and is confident in videography—both capturing and editing. You’ll work closely with Worship and Creative teams to plan and execute powerful services and events. This position also involves recruiting, training, and leading volunteers to grow in both skill and ownership. Strong troubleshooting skills, a heart for the Church, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment are essential. You'll also help maintain and upgrade production systems and shape future improvements. Experience with livestreaming, camera systems, or Resolume is a plus. We’re looking for someone who not only knows the tech—but owns the mission.
