The Production Team at HP Pres in Dallas, TX is seeking it's next Production Director. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Production Team, as well as production and a/v across the church. We’re looking for someone who is not only technically gifted, but also deeply led by a heart for ministry. Our ideal candidate has experience leading healthy, thriving teams, works well with both staff and volunteers, and is capable of designing, operating, and troubleshooting complex production systems with excellence. In short, we’re looking for someone who embodies Christ-like servant leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for the mission of the church that comes from a robust personal faith.
