Tech Director Copper Hills Church Peoria , Arizona Full-time
Copper Hills Church is looking for a Technical Director to lead and oversee all aspects of live production for our Sunday gatherings, special events, and Center for the Arts productions. This role is a mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership, helping us create meaningful worship experiences where people encounter Jesus. What You’ll Do: • Lead the production of audio, broadcast video, lighting, and livestream for services and events • Oversee and maintain production systems and equipment • Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate volunteers • Support technical needs for various ministries across the church • Ensure services run smoothly so people can focus on experiencing God What We’re Looking For: • A growing follower of Jesus who loves the Church • Strong technical skills in audio, video, lighting, and broadcast systems • A leader who thrives in building and empowering volunteer teams • Problem-solver with a heart for ministry and creativity • Someone who aligns with the vision and values of Copper Hills Church • This is a full-time role where you’ll combine your technical skills with your passion for ministry to make a lasting impact.
