You’ll be the creative force behind all things production — leading with your lens, your edit, and your team. Your sweet spot: vision meets execution. You see how to capture the story, lead the crew, and make the Sunday moment unforgettable. You Will: -Lead Video Production – concept, shoot, edit, color, and deliver creative video content for weekend experiences, social media, and campaigns. -Run Live Production – oversee all streaming and video systems during services and events. -Shape Visual Identity – create or direct graphic and motion design that keeps our visuals fresh and cohesive. -Develop Team Culture – build, train, and empower volunteers who serve with excellence and joy. -Collaborate Creatively – work side by side with ministry, communications, and pastoral staff to make each story shine.
