This isn't just a job, it's a calling. Cross Point is looking for a skilled musician with a passion for DAWs and creating fresh sounds. Music is a critical component of what we do and this skilled producer will be responsible for creating and/ or overseeing all musical assets created by Cross Point. This position will be responsible for Ableton sessions across all six of our campuses and will be a key voice in the development and sound of Cross Point Music. This leadership position will also need an individual capable of overseeing a team of staff and volunteers, to further Cross Point’s mission to help people find and follow Jesus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Music Systems & Resources Produce and Innovate Worship Experiences Manage Studio Operations Recruit, Train & Develop Volunteers Support Cross Point Music Recording Projects *A minimum of 3 years experience in music production related work.
