Key Responsibilities:

Develop effective communication strategies which incorporate storytelling, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Lead the Communications Team in developing and executing clear, consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
Ensure Communications Team delivers on time, on target, excellent products to the organization
Provide coaching, development, and accountability for team members.
Cultivate the “voice” of Lakepointe to communicate culture and values throughout internal and external communication.
Oversee creation of visual and written content to support ministries, campaigns, and events.
