The Designer plays a vital role in helping people experience the message of Jesus through clear, compelling, and creative visuals. This position produces designs across digital, print, and environmental spaces that align with the church’s mission and brand. The Designer collaborates with ministry leaders to tell stories, create resources, and craft experiences that guide people in their faith journey.

Key responsibilities include creating visuals for print, digital, and social platforms such as flyers, slides, and website graphics. The role ensures all designs are brand-consistent, fresh, and innovative while also developing templates for ministry use. The Designer supports church initiatives by producing creative assets for sermon series, events, classes, and campaigns.

Collaboration with Communications and Worship/Production teams is essential for creating stage visuals, signage, and motion graphics. The Designer actively participates in planning meetings, helps brainstorm creative approaches, and manages multiple projects with varying deadlines. Clear communication with ministry leaders is expected to refine ideas and deliver high-quality designs on time. The role requires a follower of Jesus who embodies biblical values and is committed to the church’s mission of leading every ONE to discover and follow Jesus fully. A strong design portfolio is essential, with preference for proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of digital best practices. Skills in photography, video editing, or illustration are considered a plus.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative. They must be a strong communicator, adaptable to feedback, and passionate about design as a tool for ministry and outreach.
