Associate Art Director Grace Family Church LUTZ, Florida | $50,000 Full-time
Grace Family Church is a multi-site church in the Tampa Bay area, reaching over 10,000 people weekly, and exists to help people know and follow Jesus through meaningful and creative communication. The Associate Art Director partners closely with the Director of Communications to help lead and execute visual design across the church, supporting creative vision and ensuring brand consistency across print, digital, environmental, and weekend experiences. This role provides hands-on design leadership while collaborating with staff, designers, contractors, and partners to achieve creative goals and elevate quality. The Associate Art Director mentors designers, assigns design leads, and provides clear, constructive feedback to strengthen both people and process. This position leads integrated creative campaigns and adapts assets across multiple platforms with speed and excellence. The role works closely with Film, Weekend, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and branded environments across all locations. Responsibilities include sourcing, preparing, and overseeing seasonal lobby and environmental installations. The Associate Art Director also directs studio and on-location photo shoots and helps build and maintain external creative partnerships. The ideal candidate brings strong graphic design expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Required skills include a strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience in church or nonprofit environments is considered a plus.
