Hope Church is seeking a Worship Director to lead and develop our worship ministry with excellence and heart. This role is responsible for planning and leading dynamic, Spirit-filled worship services that engage all ages and create space for meaningful encounters with God. The Worship Director oversees worship leaders, musicians, and production volunteers, providing spiritual leadership, training, and scheduling. They collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth and engaging in-person and online worship experiences. This position also guides worship-related creative elements, including service flow, visuals, and media support. The ideal candidate is a skilled vocalist or instrumentalist with broad knowledge of worship music across styles and generations. Experience leading worship in a similar church setting and developing volunteer teams is essential. Strong leadership, organization, flexibility, and a servant-hearted attitude are key to thriving in this role.
