This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership for audio, video, lighting, stage design, and song production, partnering closely with creative, worship, communications, and video teams. The Production Director serves as a key leader in planning and executing church-wide events, managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and delivering production experiences aligned with the church’s vision. This position also oversees equipment maintenance, upgrades, and system implementation, including production design for new campuses.
