We are a growing, vibrant church community seeking a skilled, creative, and team-oriented Production Manager who loves both people and excellence. This role serves as Floor Director during weekend services, calling cues and helping create smooth, engaging worship experiences across audio, video, and lighting. The position partners closely with the Production Director to recruit, on-board, schedule, and coach volunteers across AVL roles, fostering both technical growth and team culture. Responsibilities include preparing auditoriums, classrooms, and student spaces so environments are welcoming, organized, and program-ready. This role manages production supplies and maintains clean, well-labeled, and efficient storage systems. Quarterly preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting help ensure reliable, stress-free services and events. The position oversees content preparation, transfer, and playback for weekend and student services. Weekly quality reports are completed to support continuous improvement and creative refinement. This role serves as a primary point of contact for ministry staff, translating vision into clear production execution while escalating broader system, or budget needs to the Production Director. The position supports facility-wide events and contributes to larger production projects that shape the life of the church. Experience in lighting systems is preferred, with grandMA3 knowledge or a primary lighting background strongly desired.
