Graphic Designer

Embassy City Church Irving, Texas Full-time

This role is central to visually communicating the heart and mission of our church through engaging and impactful design. The ideal candidate is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, has a compelling portfolio, and is passionate about using their creative gifts to serve the local church.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production:

Create high-quality graphics for sermon series, events, social media visuals, print materials, merchandise, signage, and in-service screens.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and projects in alignment with the church’s brand guidelines.
Prepare final press-ready files for both print and digital use.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Creative Director and other departments to bring ideas to life through thoughtful and strategic design.
Translate concepts into compelling visuals that support ministry goals and enhance the church’s message.
Support event and ministry teams with design assets that reflect the overall theme and creative direction.

Creative Strategy & Execution:

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for upcoming series, events, and campaigns.
Take initiative in refining and improving design elements to ensure excellence in every touchpoint.
Ensure all designs meet deadlines and maintain a high level of polish and professionalism.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a church or creative agency environment.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must).
A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling design solutions across both digital and print mediums.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
A heart for ministry, strong character, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Agreement with and support for Embassy City Church's Statement of Faith.
