Worship Production Assistant

The Worship Production Assistant plays a vital role in creating Powerful Worship Experiences that are presented in a desirable manner, free of distraction.

Minister to the congregation through excellent, consistent sound design and FOH audio mix for adult services.
Collaborate with the Worship Pastor to develop and maintain AVL standards that create and contribute to the CCoF Powerful Worship Experience.
Prep main stage for weekly worship services and rehearsals.
Knowledge and experience with live sound, digital audio consoles, mixing bands, spoken word, video and scene management.
Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
Capacity to build relational equity with band leaders and on-stage personnel.
Familiarity with or willing to learn quickly:

Planning Center Online
Ableton Live/Multritracks.com Playback/Loop Community
DAW (Logic, ProTools, Cubase, etc.)
Video editing (Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, etc.)
ProPresenter
Modern DMX Lighting console
