Linked UP Church is seeking a creative and technically skilled Lighting/Stage Director to design and execute dynamic lighting environments and stage designs that enhance worship services, events, and productions. This role is responsible for programming and operating lighting systems, maintaining equipment, and developing creative stage sets in alignment with sermon series and ministry goals. The ideal candidate has experience with DMX lighting consoles, a strong eye for visual storytelling, and a passion for using creativity to glorify God. You’ll collaborate closely with worship, production, and creative teams to bring services to life and lead a team of volunteers with excellence. This is a hands-on role that blends artistry and precision in a fast-paced, faith-filled environment.
