The Communications Manager will project manage the creative staff team and cultivate creative volunteer teams, developing communication strategies & overseeing communication channels. A significant part of the role will be devoted to managing communications & media team projects: establishing timelines & strategy, coordinating with ministries & providing leadership to the team. The Communications Manager also will directly manage social media, email & web channels, as well as coordinate photography capture for church. We believe the right communication helps underscore & reinforce ministries across The Way Church.
