We are seeking a Worship and Production Pastor to join our team and lead with excellence, humility, and heart. This individual will oversee and enhance our worship and production ministries, cultivating a culture that is spiritually vibrant, technically excellent, and relationally connected. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and developing strong, healthy teams. They will bring prior experience in leading worship, managing production environments, and equipping volunteers to thrive in their roles. A relatable educational background in worship, ministry, or production is preferred, along with a passion for personal growth and learning. We’re looking for someone with a pastoral heart who genuinely loves people, fosters community, and leads with empathy and joy. They will prioritize building relationships, mentoring team members, and encouraging collaboration. A natural team player, this person will inspire trust, embrace feedback, and celebrate the successes of others. We value leaders who bring a joyful and fun spirit to their work, creating an atmosphere where creativity flourishes and everyone feels valued. This individual will approach challenges with adaptability and grace, balancing excellence with kindness in every interaction.
