What You Will Do:
As a Tech and Systems Director, you are an integral member of the Production team. The Tech and Systems Director is responsible for working with the production team and others to manage systems and processes to help create high production value weekend services and special events.
How You’ll Succeed:
Systems Engineering:
- Lead, in collaboration with other team members, the systems engineering for Audio, Video and Lighting systems at all locations.
- Lead in managing all Production computers and relates systems and processes at all locations.
- Lead in management of Production Network and related systems and processes at all locations.
- Lead in Live Systems support during weekend services and special events.
Live Stream Management:
- Schedule and configure live stream encoders and web platforms.
- Finalize weekly assets for web platform upload.
- Maintain live stream equipment for all locations and web.
- Work with the Digital team on processes and troubleshooting.
Brownsburg Video Team Management:
- Develop and implement the training process for all positions on the weekend video team.
- Develop and manage the onboarding process for new video team volunteers.
- Work with other team members to create training materials and examples for volunteers.
- Give regular feedback to video team volunteers.
- Manage the scheduling and PCO for the weekend video team at the Brownsburg location.
Production Management:
- Co-lead with Production Director in Team resource management and scheduling.
- Manage Production systems upgrades and installations.
- Manage Production Asset fill structure and archives.
- Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours of being in the office
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Strive to improve personal and professional skills by looking for and participating in learning opportunities
- Attend a weekly service to stay in tune with the direction of Connection Pointe and to continue developing spiritually
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a church production systems role
- Has a personal relationship with Christ and committed to being part of the Connection Pointe Family.
- High-level skill and aptitude in all aspects of production systems and processes.
- High-level aptitude for computer systems management.
- High-level people skills, team development and training.
- Good discretion to know when to escalate issues/changes to Production Director
- Effective interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a megachurch or large non-profit
Where You’ll Be:
You will primarily be in an office environment primarily on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Where You’ll Go:
As a team, we are going into the world daily! This position may also occasionally require some overnight travel for retreats and conferences. Overall, the travel requirement for this position is <20%.
