The Production Director at Steamboat Christian Center is a full-time role (40–45 hours/week) supporting the Music Pastor and collaborating with the Creative Director and Executive Pastor. This position oversees audio, video, and visual elements for weekend services, youth and children’s programs, and other church events. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteer teams for broadcast, media, camera, and stage production. You’ll assist in creating resources for weekend speakers, help maintain production equipment, and support troubleshooting technical issues as needed. A solid understanding of video work, including editing and creating engaging content, will be an important part of this role. You’ll also help prepare media, program lights, and support production for midweek programs and children’s environments. You’ll oversee SCC’s online presence by coordinating the setup, editing, and posting of services through platforms like Resi and Youtube. Additionally, you’ll support social media efforts by editing and scheduling posts to strengthen engagement with the community. Collaboration with staff on organization-wide projects and events will also be an important aspect of this role.
