SUMMARY:
Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team. Manage the set-up, implementation, operation and maintenance of equipment as it pertains to live events at the location, including Sunday services.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Manage and maintain scheduling of production volunteers for weekly services, special events and campus productions
- Maintenance of all production equipment
- Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team
- Develop further trainings to improve production team member competencies
- Manage the set-up, connection, implementation, and teardown of all AVL equipment from load-into load-out used for services or special events
- Confirm and/or design lighting for services or special events
- Support central production needs and events
- Support campus launch production needs
- Be able to fill any production role (if needed)

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective time management
- Strong recruiting skills
- Ability to navigate multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge of production requirements
