The Campus Production Manager works with the Campus Team and Production Development Team to oversee all aspects of live production at a designated CCV campus. This includes managing live production environments, programming and operating live production systems, volunteer management, scheduling, system maintenance, inventory management, and campus team projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage AVL systems across the campus
- Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
- Produce the weekend experience, coordinating with the Campus Pastor, Worship Leader, and Music Director
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for the weekend experience
- Work with the Production Development Team to coordinate production design and set changes
- Maintain campus AVL inventory and maintenance schedules
- Work with the Campus Pastor and staff on special events
- Manage audio engineer contractors recruitment, training and scheduling.

Experience & Working Conditions:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a live production environment
- Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to – Avid, Yamaha, GrandMA, ProPresenter, Resolume, video switchers
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
