The Content Creator at Sagemont Church is responsible for developing and producing a variety of multimedia content, including video, audio, written, and visual materials. This role plays a crucial part in extending the reach and impact of the Gospel and Sagemont’s message through digital and traditional channels.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with Sagemont’s leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the church's mission and values.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content efforts.
- Create theologically sound and compelling multimedia content, focusing on videos, photos, graphics, and other materials as needed.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure that content reflects Sagemont’s teachings and values.
- Plan and execute multimedia content production, including shooting and editing videos, and creating written and visual content.
- Maintain a consistent and appealing visual and photo style across all content.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure seamless integration of content across various platforms.
- Optimize content for each specific channel, considering best practices and audience preferences.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Sagemont’s mission.
- Maintain the highest standard of production quality.
- Regularly analyze content performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven improvements (Lytho).
- Prepare reports and provide insights to Sagemont’s leadership on the impact of content efforts.
