The Production Director oversees all technical and production aspects of GracePoint worship services to help people encounter grace, grow in grace, and become grace givers. This role leads teams and systems for audio, video, lighting, and livestream production while planning and maintaining AV system enhancements. Key responsibilities include managing the production volunteer team by training, equipping, and scheduling, as well as creating technical elements like lighting scenes, ProPresenter presentations, and video content. The director also collaborates on high-quality video projects and supports creative worship service components. Qualifications include a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, strong organizational and administrative skills, effective communication, and a committed sense of calling to church ministry. The ideal candidate is ministry-minded, experienced in production, a self-starter, and thrives in a team environment.
