The Worship Leader provides pastoral and musical leadership that helps people experience and respond to God through worship. This role leads worship for Sunday services, midweek gatherings, and Re:Gen, while developing and overseeing the Re:Gen worship ministry. In partnership with the Worship Pastor, this person helps plan services, coach vocalists and musicians, maintain worship systems and equipment, and contribute to songwriting and production.
