The Refuge Worship Lead, will operate by modeling and leading heartfelt worship in an invitational style – that draws people in, encourages participation, and points people to the Heart of the Father. The worship lead should create/maintain an atmosphere that ushers the community of believers into the manifest presence of God. We are a prophetic church driven by His presence. The worship Lead will be required to collaborate with leadership and move towards the mission and vision of the house. The adherence to the Vision God has cast for the Refuge ministry of worship can be measured by the following: The worship leader maintains an ear and understanding of the heartbeat of the Father over the local and global body of Christ. The music in our celebration and other services should be first and foremost, driven by the presence of the Holy Spirit. The worship is musically/artistically focused for the expression of corporate worship.
