The One Church Weekend Services Team is looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Production Director to join our One Church team. One Church has been going exponentially and is in the process of moving into a brand new, state of the art 1,500 seat auditorium in early 2026. This person would be coming into a role that is setup for success with professional AVL systems, and a dedicated team of 100+ servant leaders. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring weekday and weekend availability to accommodate our weekend services. Role Overview:
The Production Director is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of production for weekend services, events, and special programs. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills to ensure that the church's message and worship experiences are effectively communicated to those attending in-person and online. The Production Director plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and worshipful environment, enabling the church to fulfill its mission and vision.
