Victory Church is hiring a Lead Audio Engineer to manage and maintain audio systems across all environments and campuses.
Reporting to the Production Director, this full-time role involves mixing Front of House (FOH) for weekend services and special events, ensuring high-quality audio for live and broadcast settings. The Lead Audio Engineer will guide and mentor junior engineers, resolve audio issues promptly, and maintain positive vendor relationships. Required qualifications include experience with large format digital consoles (e.g., SSL Live, Yamaha), PA and RF system knowledge, and a minimum of three years live mixing in large venues.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with industry standards, and a commitment to Victory Church’s mission and values.
