The Tech Director is primarily responsible for developing and leading a culture of worship at Compass Church.
The Tech Director provides support to the Worship, Tech, and Production teams.
They oversee the sound and technological needs for the Sunday worship services, online services, and all special events.
They will work with the Worship Pastor by supporting the worship team and providing a clear and consistent sound on Sunday mornings and other worship events.
They will lead a broadcast team so that our online services are produced at the highest quality that we can provide.
They will also come alongside all staff and ministry leaders to assist with tech and sound at Compass Church.
The Tech Director creates a welcoming Sunday morning experience so people can engage in worshiping God and growing in their faith.
